Atlas Chambers
Atlas Chambers established in 2005 brought together a core group of friends and acquaintances specialising generally in the area of Public Law, but also able to offer expertise in related areas.
Amongst our membership we have the Senior Government Counsel from the Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5 Inquiry; Simon Randle, and the editor of Wade and Forsyth on Administrative Law and Professor of Public Law in Cambridge; Christopher Forsyth.
Under the Public Law umbrella we have members with particular expertise in Education, Employment, Energy, Highways, Human Rights, Judicial Review, and Planning.
We can also offer specialist assistance in Chancery work, particularly with regard to Landlord and Tenant, Partnership, Probate, Trusts and Wills, as well as both Income and Capital Tax issues.
We also cover Professional Negligence in relation to any of the above areas and especially issues concerning Solicitors and Accountants.
